• Potable water distribution to each lot (the water line in the main highway serves the port and navy base)
• Underground power to each lot
• Sewer collection system with wastewater treatment to irrigation standards.

Since Marea Honduras located on the road leading to the Port of Castilla and the Navy base, the road is kept in good repair and water and power utilities are as reliable as can be expected.

Visualizing Your Space in Paradise

In order to help better visualize the build-out of the lots in Phase 1, Marea’s architects and planners have provided this example showing the shared driveway access and a potential layout of houses, pools, and landscaping. While these layouts are conceptual in nature, they represent actual house designs prepared by our architects to demonstrate accommodation of luscious tropical landscaping, swimming pools, spas, and other amenities.

East Bay Group, LLC announces final planning of the Hotel and Marina at Marea, Trujillo’s exciting new oceanfront development. Allowing for future expansion, architectural planning and design includes a 32 room destination Hotel with private beach Club and pool, and full service Marina with deep sea sportfishing charters.

The Hotel will feature a first class European style spa, restaurant with fine Caribbean style dining and bar facilities. Complimenting the Hotel and Lodge facilities will be meeting rooms to accommodate various recreational and educational interests such as the local Caribbean cuisine, fishing, Mayan archeological history, rainforest, ecotourism, orchids, and Garifuna culture to name a few. Full Club and private Beach access will be available to all Marea Owners and their Guests.
